Nollywood stars Ric Hassani, Vee Iye and Neo Akpofure show off their acting skills in the trailer for “When Are We Getting Married?” Season 2.
Fan favorite YouTube web series “When Are We Getting Married” is back for a bigger and better second season. The RedTv-produced series, which launched to rave reviews in 2023, is set to return for a second season on February 14.
“When Are We Getting Married?” tells the story of two young Nigerians (Edith and Kasum) who face the hurdles of making a relationship work in Nigeria while dealing with their differences.
The second season follows the protagonists, Edith (Immaculata Oko Kasum) and Fenwa (Ric Hassani), as they navigate marriage. Ahead of its upcoming release, the studio has unveiled a new trailer as part of its promotion.
This trailer teases the plot for the second season. In it Edith must deal with Fenwa’s family, who disapprove of her. While Fenwa recovers from a horrific accident that nearly killed him.
The trailer also gives us a glimpse of some new cast members that will be introduced in the new season. These include BBN stars Neo Akpofure, Adekunle Olopade and Vee Iye. As well as Obehi Aburime, Ronke Oshodi-Oke and Pelumi Buari.
