After much teasing, Lekan Osifeso Jnr., popularly known as Lojay, releases the anticipated Leader record, produced by talented producer, P.priime. Leader shows off Lojay’s impeccable musical range, as the singer persuades a girl for consent to satisfy her sexually but is confident in the fact that if rejects his advances, there are much fish in the sea (metaphorically), boasting of his status in the society and the wealth he has been able to accumulate so far.
“Shey you don see moto with suicide door and electric charge? / We dey do pim-pim-pim with American boys from silicon valley”, Lojay strongly opens Leader, trying to woo the girl with a showboat of affluence, but it seems she is not responding favourably to his enchantment, therefore Lojay decides to ditch her for other options, “If she rude put her feelings on cruise / Tell her it’s all over / Why you wanna be my controller? / Shey you only see me like a soldier?”, continuing that stance in the chorus, he sings audaciously, “Leave her / If she move wrong, leave her / Too many babes on signal”.
Despite his braggadocio, Lojay won’t mind showing his other talents, those that pertain to the bedroom, but he is determined to seek consent first and if given permission, he would give the girl the time of her life, pleasuring her to the point of climax. “Na when you Dey look for person wey go devour your punani you go call Lolo lo / . . . / Give me permission make I rough handle”, Lojay sings enthusiastically.
