Saturday May 28th was a day of joy for Ini Dima-Okojie and Abasi Ene-Obong as they sealed their marital union in a beautiful white wedding ceremony bringing to a grand finale their public celebration of love which also took the route of a rich cultural affair that blended their Edo and Efik cultures aesthetically. The white wedding of the Nollywoood star Ini Dima-Okojie and her 54 Gene founder boo Abasi Ene-Obong, happened at the Five Palm event centre, Oniru, Lagos.
The power couple exchanged sweet intimate vows with stunning rings to match the occasion and oh boy, there were no dry eyes during the exchange.

Ini’s left guests speechless as she looked every bit of the gorgeous bride that she is, clad in a breathtaking wedding dress from Mazel Studio while her other half, Abasi looked handsome in his dashing Atafo Official suit.

The love could be felt at the reception where guests were treated to an exclusive 4-course meal by Chef Eros while enjoying amazing entertainment by Loud Urban Choir, a Vocalist and Quartet; influential personalities swarmed in large numbers to support the newly wedded couple. Big names like Adesua Etomi-Wellington, Kate Henshaw, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Toke Makinwa, Waje, Omawumi, Lily Afe, Noble Igwe and a host of others were in attendance.
Masters of Ceremony, Roby Ekpo and Lanre Gregory delighted guests by hosting the event. To say everyone had fun and enjoyed themselves would be an understatement as the groomsmen of Abasi Ene-Obong and bridesmaids of Ini Dima-Okojie brought the fun to the party through playing of games, receiving loud applause from the guests.

This was followed by speeches from the couple’s loved ones. “This is literally a fairytale and I am so happy for you. I pray that God will bless your marriage.”, expressed Derin Fabikun, one of Ini Dima-Okojie Mimi Onalaja also proclaimed: “I have been friends with Ini for a very long time now. We are so incredibly happy for you, we are so proud of you.”
