The Oregun facility is the headquarters of his production company and was already used for Davido's B4 B4 video.

Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has unveiled Euphoria 360 Hub, a film and media facility in Oregun, Lagos. The hub was commissioned for operations by Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat. The launch took place on Tuesday, October 6.

The facility is the headquarters of Euphoria360 Media Limited, Adebayo's media production company. He said the hub would offer video editing, motion graphics, sound design and mixing, and colour grading. He added that the centre would also offer visual effects, content distribution, equipment rentals, advertising, public relations and media consultancy.

Inside the facility are spaces for photography and conferences, a vintage room, areas for makeup and dressing, a cinema, studios for editing and music production, a podcast room, and a room set aside for training.

Adebayo announced the opening on his official Instagram page. "Today, I get to celebrate a dream that started as a vision and has now become a living reality." He added: "My heart is full. My joy is boundless. And my gratitude is deeper than words can fully express."

His father, Adebayo Salami, a veteran of Yoruba cinema, said he was proud of the project. "I am deeply proud of my son and what he has achieved with this project."

The ceremony was attended by Dele Odule, Yemi Sodimu, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Odunlade Adekola and Kunle Afolayan, among others.

The space had already been used as a filming location for Davido's B4 B4 music video, featuring Mayorkun and FOLA, before its official opening.

Online, an X user described the facility as a project "valued at 40 billion naira". Adebayo replied: "Valued at what?? What ?? How ? When, where ? Wow!" In another exchange, when an X user guessed the hub cost N1 billion or N2 billion to build, he wrote: "Grace of God is sufficient for me." None of the reports gives an official value for the hub.

Among the productions Euphoria360 Media has worked on are Agesinkole (King of Thieves), Jagun Jagun and Seven Doors. The hub also houses the Euphoria360 Film Academy, which is expected to offer training, workshops, masterclasses, internships and networking for emerging filmmakers and other creative professionals.
