Victor Osimhen’s agent has threatened to sue Napoli for ridiculing the striker on social media. Napoli shared a TikTok video mocking Osimhen missing a penalty against Bologna. They dubbed a high-pitched voice saying “gimme penalty please” over the video, but it has been removed.
Calenda stated, “We reserve the right to take legal action and any necessary steps to protect Victor. What happened today on Napoli’s official TikTok profile is unacceptable. They first posted a video mocking Victor, which was later deleted. This seriously harms the player and adds to the mistreatment he’s endured recently through media trials and fake news.”

Osimhen was seen questioning manager Rudi Garcia when he was substituted in the 86th minute of Sunday’s goalless draw against Bologna.
The Nigerian international joined Napoli for a club-record 81.3 million euros in the summer of 2020 and played a pivotal role in their first Serie A title win in 33 years last season, scoring 26 goals in 32 league appearances.
The 24-year-old, who was strongly linked with Chelsea and Manchester United this summer, has scored three goals in six appearances this season.
