Hera Touring and YBNL Entertainment say it will be the biggest London headline show of his career.

Olamide will headline The O2 Arena in London on Thursday 25 March 2027, Hera Touring and YBNL Entertainment confirmed on Monday. The 20,000-capacity venue will be the biggest London headline show of his career, the two organisers say, and it follows his headline show at OVO Wembley Arena in November 2025.

Olamide, AKA Baddo, founded his label, Yahoo Boy No Laptop (YBNL), in 2012, saying it was a way to avoid extravagant spending. As a rapper he made Yoruba-language Street-Pop a global sound, and as YBNL's founder he broke Fireboy DML, Asake, Adekunle Gold and Lil Kesh.

Speaking ahead of the concert, Olamide said the O2 had been a long-held dream:

"Standing on The O2 stage is something I've dreamed about for a long time."

He tied the night to the people who had backed him from the start. "The movement is Lagos built and London amplified, so this one is for everybody who has rocked with me and with YBNL from day one." He also told fans: "We're bringing the whole street to Greenwich. 25 March, make sure you're there."

Abi Babalola, speaking for Hera Touring, went further: "OVO Wembley Arena was a statement. The O2 London is a coronation." Babalola added that "25 March 2027 is going to be a night London talks about for years."

The night is billed as a career-spanning set, with his greatest hits alongside material from his self-titled 2025 album, Olamidé.

The O2 has long marked the global reach of Afrobeats. Wizkid was the first Nigerian artist to sell it out, on 26 May 2018. Davido headlined a sold-out show on 27 January 2019, Burna Boy sold it out on 27 August 2021 during his Spaceship tour, and Asake did so on 20 August 2023. Rema sold it out on 14 November 2023, and at 23 became one of the youngest Nigerian artists to headline a sold-out show there. Pulse Nigeria describes the new date as making Olamide the sixth Nigerian artist to play the venue.

Tickets go on sale in three stages. The O2 Priority and Artist Presale opens on Wednesday 21 October at 10am, the Venue Presale on Thursday 22 October at 10am, and general sale on Friday 23 October at 10am. Tickets will be sold through AXS, Ticketmaster and Cokobar.com, and O2 customers can access Priority Tickets through the O2 Priority app.

Special guest performances from some of the most exciting names in Afrobeats and UK music will be announced soon.
