Odion Ighalo nominated for Manchester United’s Player of the Month award

Odion Ighalo has been nominated for Manchester United’s Player of the Month award for March following his recent form at Manchester United since he was signed on the final day of the January transfer window, Manchester United announced the signing of Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo on a loan deal which extends until the end of the 2019/20 season. The Red Devils have been unbeaten since Nigeria signed for the club

Ighalo has yet to start a Premier League match at Manchester United but has already scored four goals in three games.
The 30-year-old enters the race with January’s fellow signing Bruno Fernandes,  Harry Maguire, and Fred as he looks at Old Trafford’s maiden accolade.

 

Since the Premier League postponed due to the coronavirus until April 3, Ighalo will be trying to stay fit until the league action return.
