The model and realtor posted photos of a busted lip to her Instagram Story over the weekend and urged women in abusive relationships to leave. Ross has not responded.
Jazzma Kendrick has accused Rick Ross of physically abusing her, posting photos of a busted lip to her Instagram Story and telling women in similar situations to leave.
The 39-year-old model and realtor went public over the weekend. It began when a follower replied to a selfie she had shared, calling her gorgeous and saying they could see what Rick sees in her. Kendrick's reply was blunt: "He saw a punching bag."
She followed that with a photo of her swollen lip, captioned "The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left," and another image lifting her upper lip to show the injury. Over one photo she wrote: "I don't know a lot of things, but I do know that a man that puts his hands on me, is a man that never loved me and never will."
Her closing message was aimed at anyone in a similar position. "It's always good until it isn't. If a man hits you one time, he will do it again. Don't give him the opportunity. Value your life and leave."
Kendrick did not say in those first posts when or where the alleged incident happened. In a follow-up Story on Monday, she thanked supporters and added: "I want you to know I'm okay. This happened about a month ago, so I've had time to sit with it, process it, and start healing."
Ross, 50, has not addressed the accusations, and a representative did not respond to requests for comment. Since the posts went up, he has shared videos of himself at a Miami Dolphins game and poolside at his Star Island home.
His longtime rival 50 Cent was among the first to react. "This punk put his hands on baby girl, he stressed that album didn't sell. I'd laugh at him, but domestic violence is not a joke," 50 wrote on X.
Ross and Kendrick went public with their relationship in August 2025, split the next month, then reconciled and walked their first red carpet together at the BET Awards in June. The rapper remains a household name in Nigeria, where he headlined his own Lagos concert to a huge reception.
Not everyone has backed Kendrick's account. Tia Kemp, the mother of one of Ross's children, has said she doubts the model was assaulted, and South African rapper Cassper Nyovest also responded online.
