On Wednesday December 6, a fourth allegation was made against hip-hop star Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. He was accused of gang raping by ‘Ms. Doe’. She alleges that back in 2003, Combs and two members of his circle drugged and raped her in group.
The documents submitted to the court include photographs of the alleged victim sitting on Combs lap in his NYC Studio. Ms. Doe alleges she was flown from Detroit to New York to pay Combs and his friends a visit. Furthermore, combs longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre is also named in the lawsuit.
After singer Cassie accused him of similar treatment, Combs decided to settle the case with an undisclosed payment. Right after the latest accusation, he took to his Instagram stories and denied every single allegation.
He wrote: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
Ms. Doe accused Pierre of forcing her to perform fellatio on him before arriving in New York. When she arrived, the victim alleges she was taken to Diddy’s studio where the assault happened after getting drugged and plied with alcohol. In total, Combs has received four different accuations and he hasn’t been able to settle any of them but the first one.
