The finance graduate says she will invest a significant part of her winnings and stay in Nigeria for at least two years.
Big Brother Naija Season 11 winner Temi Nkem has officially received the N90 million cash prize and brand-new SUV from her grand prize package. The presentation took place on Tuesday, October 6, in Ilupeju, Lagos.
Temi was named winner of the "Show Ya Sef" season on Sunday, October 4, after securing 25.87% of the total votes. Aikou and Sheba finished as the first and second runners-up. Her full grand prize package is valued at N160 million, including the cash, the SUV and other benefits from the show's sponsors.
With the win, the 21-year-old became the fifth female winner of the show, after Mercy Eke in 2019, Phyna in 2022, Ilebaye in 2023 and Imisi in 2025.
Temi, who graduated in finance, says she will invest a significant portion of the money. Part of it will also go into her future, to support her parents and to treat herself. "I'm going to invest it," she said of the cash.
She also plans to continue her education online. Before any wider travel, she wants to stay put for a while. "I want to go around the Middle East states and stuff. I don't know what and how, but I'm going to still do it. But I do want to stay here, minimum, for two years," she said. According to Vanguard, she plans to use that time to explore Nigeria and other parts of Africa before travelling farther afield.
