The tour opens in Cologne on January 20 and ends in San Francisco on April 14, with no African dates announced yet.
Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr announced the Starrgirl World Tour on October 12, a day after she headlined the halftime show at an NFL International Game in London. Live Nation's newsroom says that performance made her the first Afrobeats artist to headline one. The tour covers 20 shows across Europe, the UK and North America in 2027.
Starting January 20, the European and UK dates kick off at the Live Music Hall in Cologne, Germany, with Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Zurich, then Brussels next. It closes on February 2 at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London.
North America opens on March 18 at House of Blues in Houston, followed by Dallas, Atlanta, Silver Spring, Boston, Philadelphia and Brooklyn. Toronto on March 29 and Montreal on March 30 are the two Canadian stops, and Chicago, Minneapolis and Denver come next. The tour ends on April 14 at The Fillmore in San Francisco, with 13 shows across the United States and Canada.
North American tickets go on sale Tuesday, October 13, with a Verizon presale for Verizon Shine members at 10am local time, followed by a Spotify Reserved presale at 2pm the same day. The artist presale opens October 14, and general sale starts Friday, October 16 at 10am local time at Livenation.com. In Europe and the UK, an artist and Mastercard presale begins October 14, and Mastercard cardholders have special access to presale tickets in France, Italy and Belgium.
The tour supports Starrgirl, her third studio album, released on August 14 through Mavin Records and Republic Records. It debuted at No. 2 on Spotify's Top Albums Global Chart and at No. 1 on Apple Music's album chart in 15 countries, according to Live Nation's announcement. The video for Heaven Baby, featuring ZAYN, hit No. 1 on the Shazam Global Viral chart within its first week.
Ayra also passed on a note to fans in Africa, saying she'll be back to see them in December. No African shows appear on the tour poster, and no such dates have been announced. Live Nation says she will close out this year with a special return to Africa, and that further details will be announced soon.
